The Can't Believe It rapper and Antares are teaming up to produce an Auto-Tune app for the iPhone. The app allows you to use the company's vocal-transforming software to shift the pitch of your own voice.
Georganna Drayton, chief operating officer of Antares, reportedly confirmed that Antares is currently negotiating the application.
The app will "use our software and T-Pain's beats so you can make music on the iPhone," said Drayton.
Be clear, this will not allow you to call your friends and impress them with your tone-derful voice; however, if this app gets through, a patch will be released allowing you to harmonize over the phone with all of your bros.
Not to toot my own horn, but I called this happening MONTHS ago. I'm buying this app the second it hits the App Store, and so will you.
